Veteran Critical Home Repair Program

Fort Hood Area Habitat for Humanity's Veteran Critical Home Repair Program is dedicated to partnering with veterans and their families to address critical home repair needs. Employing a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, we collaborate closely with veteran and surviving spouse homeowners in the Central Texas area to tackle repairs that may be financially burdensome or physically difficult to manage. Thanks to grant funding from TVC-FVA, our affiliate can assist with critical home repairs and modifications, aiming to eliminate barriers to a healthier and more financially stable life for our veterans and their families.
