Volunteer

Fort Hood Area Habitat for Humanity offers diverse volunteer opportunities beyond construction work, encompassing roles in our ReStore, administrative office, clean-up initiatives, and ramp builds. Our volunteers collaborate with families in need, providing a hand-up rather than a handout as they invest in their homes through sweat equity. Whether individuals wish to participate in building projects from the ground up, engage in team-building exercises with their companies, or support us through non-construction endeavors, there are ample avenues for involvement. To stay informed about upcoming opportunities, individuals can contact our volunteer coordinator, Ms. Pam Wilson, while those unable to volunteer directly can still contribute by donating office supplies or tools. Every contribution, whether time or resources, aids us in advancing our mission of fostering strength, stability, and self-reliance in our community through shelter.
