Users can download an unlimited number of titles with no restrictions, and they're kept forever. To access PressReader, users can download the app or visit the website, select "Library or Group," search for the Harker Heights Public Library, and log in using their library card number and PIN. Due to a system upgrade, the PIN may be the user's last name plus the last four digits of their library card, or it may be the last name only. Users can then set up a personalized account with their email and create a password.
