Housing for All!

We believe that housing is a fundamental right for every human.

Sadly, we know that there are systemic barriers that many members of our community face in gaining access to housing.

We aim to both advocate for those left at the margins of housing access due to historical and modern-day practices of discrimination and provide resources that ensure all individuals have a safe and healthy place to call home.

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the resulting unemployment that has left many struggling to pay rent, CIC has stepped into the role of fiscal agent for the Eviction Prevention program, in partnership with the City of Tucson and Pima County. CIC is working directly with local social service agencies to qualify tenants and landlords for this program and will administer the funding designated by the U.S. Congress for rental assistance. However, at CIC, our core mission is to empower individuals and families with access to capital that not only provides for today but builds generational wealth long into the future!
