Our Residential Property Management Services group provides us with superior quality control and asset protection, exceptional tenant relations, and quick response times. The property management team works closely with our in-house development team on new construction, capital improvements, and upgrades. Areas of focus include Integrated Property Management, Facilities Management, Accounting, Marketing, Leasing, and Risk Management.

The division is led by a group of experienced professionals who oversee on-site leasing and maintenance teams, implement upgrades and improvements, develop marketing and resident retention programs, and orchestrating community events.

By constantly monitoring today's fast-changing residential market and participating in professional development and accreditation programs, were able to stay abreast of changing laws and regulations, industry trends, and demographic shifts. This also enables us to excel in tenant satisfaction and financial performance.
