Palmdale Water District (PWD) proposes the Littlerock Reservoir Sediment Removal (LRSR) Project in partnership with the Angeles National Forest, USDA Forest Service (USFS). The USFS and PWD have prepared a joint Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Environmental Impact Report (EIR), referred to as an EIS/EIR, to assess the environmental effects of the proposed Littlerock Sediment Removal Project.
