Custom Digital Printing Services

From tradeshow graphics and banners to custom indoor/outdoor signs, Interstate Graphics has extensive experience in digitally printing photo-quality graphics on a variety of substrates. Typical substrates that we work with include polyethylene, types of vinyl, polycarbonate, cardboard, as well as other rigid and flexible materials. Our facility is equipped with inkjet, roll-to-bed, and flatbed digital printers for handling custom digital printing of banners.

The two Vutek GS3200 digital printers at our facility enable us to produce superior quality graphics with a resolution of up to 1000 dpi. For large format digital printing, we use Seiko ColorPainter 64s that prints on substrates up to 64" in width. Utilizing Gerber Edge and Gerber Plotters, Interstate Graphics can produce one-color or multi-color (4-color process) graphics for indoor and outdoor displays. All our digital printers are compatible with a range of UV resistant and solvent-based inks.
