The Teen Leadership Academy, facilitated by the Tipp City Chamber of Commerce, is a dynamic program designed to engage high school seniors from Tipp City and Bethel Local School districts with the local business, governmental, and non-profit sectors. Launched in 2018, this initiative offers a comprehensive one-week immersion experience, where participants connect with community leaders, partake in hands-on activities, and gain insights into local governance and industries. The program, open to students entering their senior year, includes leadership training, community service projects, and interactive learning opportunities aimed at fostering a deep understanding and commitment to their community.
