R4 Creating empowers STEAM educators by providing essential resources and support to enhance their teaching capabilities and prepare students for the STEAM workforce. This initiative includes forming robotics and drone teams, offering training and resources for 3D printing, providing a lending library of 3D printers, delivering specialized training in partnership with the Cal Ripken Sr Foundation, organizing field trips, supporting STEAM fairs, assisting in grant writing, customizing district-specific training, managing Maker Space programs, and conducting adult STEAM classes.
