Kordt Engineering Group performs inspections and evaluations of existing buildings and provides written reports of our findings to the owner or architect.

Our structural inspection services involve carrying out a series of investigative processes to determine the health or structural weaknesses or damage to a building. Our process involves a thorough review of the building’s history, including a review of the original drawings and an examination of drawings related to changes made subsequent to the original construction. We carry out a thorough visual inspection to identify cracks, deformations and other damage and document all findings for use in putting together an overall picture of the structure’s integrity and health.
